In the Prosecutor’s Office of the Sabirabad district, a criminal case was completed, initiated by the relevant Articles of the Criminal Code in connection with the use of violence against the staff of the Sabirabad district police department.
In the course of the investigation, it turned out that on September 8, the driver of the VAZ 2106 with the State Registration Sign of 10-CE-632 Azer Hasanov on the Avenue of Heydar Aliyev city of Siribad began to insult the service of the service in this territory of the employees of the traffic policeman Normina Ibrahimov and Ramik Ragimov For drawing up a protocol on an administrative offense. Without calming down, Hasanov attacked DPS officers and removed the form with them, and also caused various injuries.
Azer Hasanov was brought to justice under articles 221.2.2 (hooliganism related to the resistance to the authority to the representative of the authorities or another person acting on the protection of a public order or a permanent violation of public order) and 315 (resistance to the representative of the authorities who fulfills his official duties, with Applications of violence) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. With regard to Gasanova, a preventive measure was elected in the form of imprisonment.
The criminal case is sent to the appropriate district court for consideration.
