“Armenian diaspora began to experience disappointment against Armenia.” This was stated by the Catholicos of the Great House of Kiliyki Aram I on Facebook.
He noted that in order to proclaim them in 2022 the Year of the Diaspora there are serious reasons, adding that the overwhelming majority of Armenians live in the diaspora. According to him, the diaspora began to “exhaust and pale”.
“Diaspora began to show indifference towards himself, disappointed against Armenia, especially in the past few years, after the second Karabakh war. The youth began to move away from our life, our shared life, our structures,” wrote Aram.
