Cause of killer of Azerbaijani border guards sent to court

The criminal case against one of the Iranian citizens involved in the death of two Azerbaijani border guards, was sent to the court, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan said.

In the report it is noted that on May 15 of this year, citizens of Iran Barga Khasanguli Novruz Oglu, Agai Allahbach Bagish Oglu and others, entering the criminal conspiracy and acquiring Hasanzade Huscheng Juri Oglu Drugs and psychotropic substances in particularly large sizes, as well as two The AK-74 automaton, stores to them, a large number of cartridges of the caliber of 7.62 and 5.45, one night vision device, tried to penetrate Iran to the territory in the Yardymlinsky district of Azerbaijan. When they were detected, the attackers did not obey the legal requirements of the staff of the State Program of Azerbaijan, discovered the fire on them, as a result two military personnel of the GPS were killed.

One of the mentioned citizens of Iran – Barga Khasanguli was brought to a consequence as a suspect under articles 120.2.1, 120.2.3, 120.2.4, 120.2.7, (intentional murder of a person in connection with the exercise of service activities or the fulfillment of public Debt committed by a group of persons by preliminary conspiracy), 206.3.2, 228.2.1, 234.4.1, 234.4.3 (illegal acquisition and smuggling by a group of persons by preliminary conspiracy of firearms, component parts for it, drugs and psychotropic substances in large Sizes and 318.2 (illegal crossing of the state border committed by a group of persons in prior agreement). With regard to the decision of the court, a preventive measure was elected in the form of detention. Other citizens of Iran, involved in a crime, were wanted.

Pre-investigation in the criminal case is completed and sent for further consideration in the Lenkran court for grave crimes.
