Central Bank of Inflation in Azerbaijan

Inflation in Azerbaijan for 2021 is predicted at the level of four percent. The head of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Elman Rustamov said at a press conference.

“In the first quarter, inflation was formed at 2.2%,” he said.

Along with this, according to the head of the Central Bank, despite the fact that inflation in March of the current year amounted to 4.1 percent, the forecast of the regulator in the inflation range has not changed, and any prerequisites capable of bringing inflation from the target range is not observed. .

Note that the Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan decided to leave the accounting rate at 6.25 percent. The following consideration will be held on June 18 of this year.
