It is reported that the fact of the violation of the Syrian border by the Tsakhal Air Force aircraft allowed the Military Bashar Assad to use the C-300 air defense system received from Russia, which from a distance of 60-70 km had to hit all 6 F-15 fighters.
However, an unknown complex of radio-electronic struggle blocked the work of C-300 complexes. And later the fire on attacking aircraft was never opened.
