Neftchi football club continues to intensify.
Today the club announced the signing of the Georgian football player Solomon Querkvelia. The 30-year-old defender is well known for performances for the Kazan Rubin and the Moscow Lokomotiv. As part of the “railway workers”, in 2018, he became the champion of Russia. Querkvelia also won the Russian Cup three times (with Rubin and twice with Lokomotiv) and once a super cup (with Muscovites).
In 2014 and 2017, Solomon was recognized as the best football player in Georgia.
In 2021, he transferred from Lokomotiv to the Volgograd Rotor as a lease. Then he moved to the Ukrainian Metalist, and his last club was the Georgian team “Gagra”.
Querquelia account 46 matches for the Georgian national team.
This is the fourth transfer of “Neftech” in the summer off -season. Prior to this, contracts were signed with the Israeli midfielder ata jaber, the Gansky striker of the year -old Dono and the American left midfielder Kenny Sayeph.
“Neftechi” is now at the training camp in the Turkish Bole, where he will stay until July 15. Three control matches are planned there.
