Changes in Supervisory Board YELO Bank

Improving its corporate governance structure, Yelo Bank attracted another famous banker in their ranks. A citizen of Great Britain Andrew Pospielovsky, who has a rich international banking experience and worked in many countries of the world, including Azerbaijan, was approved by the General Meeting of the Bank’s shareholders as a member of the Supervisory Board and joined the YELO command.

Possessing more than 15 years of experience in managing banking and financial institutions, Pospielovsky was a member and head of the Supervisory Boards and the Board of these organizations. During his stay as a member of the audit and risks committees, and also took direct participation in the issuance of large loans and making strategic decisions.

With this appointment, Pospielovsky became the third member of the Supervisory Board of Yelo Bank. It should be noted that the Bank’s supervisory board is headed by Marina Kulishov, and by another member is Nikoloz Yenukidze.
