The Grozny Garrison Military Court appointed ten days of arrest an employee of the military commandant’s office – he refused to go on a business trip “to the special tasks”, writes “Caucasus. Reali.”

According to information, an employee of the military commandant’s office Ali Musaev was found guilty of evading the duties of military service. As stated in the resolution, on April 23, Musaev refused to go “on a business trip for subsequent departure to the special tasks.” At the same time, he told the military who gave the order that he wanted to quit the army.

The exact place of the “area of ​​the implementation of special military tasks” and the reasons for the refusal of Musaev are not called the resolution. The prosecutor asked him to appoint 15 days of arrest, since the military already had one disciplinary sanction.
