Citizens who are in the reserve of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan and accepted for primary military registration will be sent to an outpatient or stationary medical examination to clarify the diagnosis of the disease, the Cabinet said in the appropriate resolution.
According to the decision, a citizen who voluntarily received for military service (service in the authorities) may be aimed at a mandatory narcological examination to clarify the diagnosis of the disease.
It was also added to the provision that the subjects of intelligence and counterintelligence activity should undergo a mandatory narcological examination in accordance with the relevant law.
