A special representative of the European Union (EU) in the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toyvo Claar said that he would hold subject negotiations in Yerevan on Thursday.
“I am waiting for subject meetings (in Yerevan – approx. Ed.) In the afternoon,” he wrote on Twitter.
