The Ministry of Culture conducts complex reforms to improve the activities of cultural institutions, increase their effectiveness and increase the level of service, the Ministry of Culture said.
, in the framework of these reforms, work was carried out in the direction of eliminating the deficiencies identified during inspections, supervision and official investigations in cultural institutions, and the adoption of relevant measures in relation to persons who committed violations of labor and performing discipline.
In addition, information with the identified signs of a crime on unlawful actions of officials of departments and enterprises was sent to the relevant law enforcement agencies. Currently, checks, official investigations and other measures are being conducted in order to prevent violations that may take place in the structure of the Ministry and the institutions subordinate to it, and the adoption of the necessary measures in relation to persons who have made such cases.
According to the results of inspections and official investigations conducted by the Ministry of Culture in Agstafinsky, Ismaillinsky, Shekinsky, Bardinsky, Masallinsky, Agdashsky, Sumgayyt, Ganja and Lyankarani regional guests of culture and subordinate institutions, 11 applications were sent to law enforcement agencies, 8 8 were fired from civil service, 8 employees, and 17 employees of subordinate enterprises, 2 employees were declared a strict reprimand with the latest warning, 18 people were subjected to disciplinary collection “reprimand”, 10 employees were made a warning.
