Colonel SBU pointed out preliminary version of incident in Dnieper: soldier was trained

People’s Deputy of Ukraine Colonel Security Security Service Roman Kostenko suggests that National Guardian Artemiy Ryabchuk, who today, January 27, in the Dnieper shot his comrades, owns weapons for a conscript, too deft. About this Kostenko stated on the air channel “Ukraine 24”.

Commenting on video from surveillance cameras, on which Ryabchuk kills his comrades in service, Kostenko noted that the way the conscript turns into a weapon is recharged it – characteristic of special forces, and conscripts are not trained. Kostenko suggested that, perhaps, Ryabchuk somewhere passed the preparation even before he got into service.

Speaking about cooling crews, Kostenko also suggested that it could be sabotage.
