Commander of the Ground Forces General Major Enver Efendiyev at the invitation of the commander of the land forces of the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Turkish Republic of General Army, Musa Avsever, went to Turkey.
As reported in the ministry, Major General E.Efendiyev will take part in the event on the occasion of the day of high-ranking observers organized in the framework of the Eurasian World – 2021 in Istanbul.
