The Spanish EL PAIS Edition has published the full text of the Confidential US and NATO’s confidential response to the Offers of Russia for security guarantees, TASS reports.
According to information, we are talking about two documents in English: Answer NATO on four pages and answering Washington on five pages. The texts provide provisions that have already been voiced by the Western side at one or another or appeared in Western media with reference to sources.
