Construction of the Zangilan Airport, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, has already begun, was attended by the foundation ceremony for a few days ago. Currently, in parallel with construction work on the territory is demining. This was told by Trend official representative of CJSC Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) Valeh Amiraslanov.
He reported that earthworks are currently being conducted in the territory where the runway will be built.
“As in Fizuli, work in Zangilane is a quick pace. For each of us, it is a great honor to work on our liberated lands. We will make a maximum effort to complete work on time,” said Amiraslanov.
