“Moderna believes that the Pfizer and BionTech vaccine (under the brand) Comirnaty violates Moderna patents, served from 2010 to 2016 and covering the fundamental technology of MRNA Moderna,” it was reported. Representatives of Moderna will file in the district court of the American state Massachusetts and the regional court of the German city of Dusseldorf.
