In the Baku Court of Crime, the lawsuit continues in the criminal case of the former head of the executive branch of the Imishchensky district, William Gadzhiev.

Haqqin.az correspondent reports that the interrogation of witnesses continued the day before. At first, Gazanfar Farajov, a local worker and repair master, performed. In his testimony, he said that he did not apply to the DOST employment center with a request for hiring. Another witness, Hayal Gadzhiev, gave similar evidence. A witness who previously said that he worked at a sugar factory in imitated, said that he had not contacted the DOST employment center for a job and is currently not working.

A resident of the Imishchensky district, Akhmed Hasanov, said in court that he did not work anywhere, did not know William Gadzhiev personally, did not conclude labor contracts with the DOST center and did not apply to the executive power for financial assistance. “I then had an accident, a disabled person, underwent surgery, I was under anesthesia and I don’t remember much,” he said.

Due to the inconsistency of Hasanov’s testimony, the testimony given to them was announced. During the investigation on October 20, 2020, Gasanov said that in 2015 he turned to the executive authorities in connection with the disease: “My brother AGIL helped with the paperwork. He said that I would need to give part of the money I transferred to me. I cashed the ones listed on My score was 8,000 manat and gave Agyle 7200 manat. I have only 800 manat left. “

According to the testimony of the witness, the executive branch transferred the money to him several times: “In 2016, 4000 manat was transferred to my account. 400 manat, and I gave the rest to Agyle. The next time they transferred 6,000 manat, from which I got only 600. ” The witness did not answer clarifying questions during the meeting, citing failures in memory due to disability.

Elmar Kerimov, lawyer William Gadzhiev, filed a motion to exclude the testimony of the witness from the list of evidence. The petition was not made for discussion.

Then the testimony was given a resident of the region Taleh Shiraliev. He said that he did not know Gadzhiev, and turned to his relative Mehman Ismailov, the head of the municipality, with the intention of obtaining permission to open a store. “I do not understand the documents. Therefore, I turned to my relative Mehman. I paid only the state fee. I do not remember the exact amount. I paid in parts.” The witness stated that Willyam Gadzhiev had never seen before the court and was in the executive building.
