Countries G7 considered mobilization in Russia “step to escalation”

the countries of the Big Seven (Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Canada, France, Japan and the USA) condemned Russia with referenda in Ukrainian territories.

“The West never recognizes the results of a fictitious vote, the states said” published on the White House website.

The actions of Moscow violate the UN Charter and International Law and contradict the rule of law, and referendums do not have legal force and illegitimate, the Big Seven believes. In addition, states condemned the announcement of mobilization in Russia, calling it a “step towards escalation.”
