The Basmanny Court of Moscow on March 25, at the request of the investigation, arrested three defendants in a criminal case of a terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall.
Brothers Dilovar and Aminjon Islomovs, as well as their father Isroil, were arrested for two months, until May 22.
All three defendants, according to the Court of Court, are charged with the attack of the attack that entailed the death of a person as part of an organized group (paragraph “b” part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Dilovar and Aminjon Islomov have already been charged, their father is still in the status of the suspect.
On the eve of the court arrested four alleged direct executors of the attack – Dalerjon Mirzoev, Saidraks Rachabalizoda, Muhammadobraz Fayzov and Shamsiddin Fariduni.
Two of them pleaded guilty.
