The prosecutor in his speech demanded for Ali Aliyev 3 years and 11 months in prison, adding an unsuitable term in the previous case, which is 4 years.
According to the indictment, Ali Aliyev beat his cellmate. He was charged under Article 127.2.3 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of mild harm to health – when committing a generally hazardous way or with hooligan intentions).
Recall that Ali Aliyev was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment on special charges of Lieutenant Colonel Emil Dzhafarov and Captain Ramin Adilov, who survived as a result of the crash of the Mi-17 of the State Border Service on November 30, 2021.
