The Sabail District Court examines the petitions for the extension of a preventive measure against the former director of the Azerminalcomplex association under the State Customs Committee (GTK) of Azerbaijan Echtiram Khalilov and the ex-head of the main investigative department of the GTK Rasulov.
As Haqqin.az reports, the petitions were recognized as reasonable. The arrest of generals is extended for another 3 months.
Recall that the state security service conducted an operation in the State Tax Service, as a result of which the director of the Azernereminolkompleks association, to the Akhtiram Khalilov, the deputy chief of the chief customs department on water transport, Rashad Babaev, the head of the road tax and control of permissive forms by Shukur Safarov, and also the head of the main operational-investigative department of Masum Rasulov.
Subsequently, the presidential order was dismissed by the chairman of the State Tatim of Hall Safar Mekhtiev.
Khalilov and Rasulov charged under Articles 179.4 (appropriation or embezzlement with causing especially large damage), 308 (abuse of official powers), 311.3.2 (repeatedly receiving a bribe) and 311.3.3 (receiving a large -scale bribe) of the Criminal Code) Ar.
