A storak district court Baku rejected the claim of the Son of the former Transport Minister Zii Mamedov – Anar Mamedov against the opposition blogger Mehman Huseynova. It is reported by Turan agency with reference to Mehman Huseynova itself.
According to a blogger, the reason for the complaint was the distribution of expensive cars owned by Mamedov in social networks.
The Son of the Ex-Minister claimed that the material was published on the account belonging to Mehman Huseynov.
But we have proven in court that this account is not related to me. All my accounts on social networks Facebook, Instagram, YouTube are officially registered on my name and specifically marked, “said blogger, noting that the publication on the account, which caused the plaintiff’s discontent, do not have relation to it.
The court accepted the arguments of the defendant and his lawyer Shahl Gumbatova, after which I rejected the claim.
