Court in Pakistan extended term of detention of former prime minister of Imran Khan

The court in Pakistan extended for 14 days the term of detention of the former Prime Minister of Imran Khan and former Foreign Minister Shah Mahmud Kureshi.

According to local media, the court took place in the court in the case of the Khan and Kureshi, who are accused of “disclosing state secrets.”

The court extended the term of detention of former members of the Pakistan government until September 26.

On August 29, the court in Pakistan suspended the sentence of a three-year imprisonment regarding the former Prime Minister of Imran Khan, deciding to release him on bail. However, on August 30, Khan was again taken into custody on charges of “disclosing state secrets.”
