An appeal was filed for a preventive preventive in the form of an arrest chosen on the former commander of the compound, Lieutenant-General of the reserve of Rasphan Akperova.
According to APA, on the process chaired by the judge of Gabil Mamedov in the Baku appellate court decided.
The court did not satisfy the complaint.
Recall that Lieutenant-General Rovshan Akperov was arrested on March 16. About his arrest reported the General Prosecutor’s Office.
Note that Rovshan Akperov was the commander of the legendary team number 777, participated in preventing the state version in 1995, subsequently became the commander of the Army Corps. R.akperov was dismissed from the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan in the first days of the second Karabakh war.
