The former head of Softline in Azerbaijan Zia Huseynzade won the court of slander against the largest Russian IT holding Softline.
In April 2022, the Softline Holding Vice President on the official website was published and a newsletter with information that was not true, in order to defrom the business reputation of Huseynzade.
Due to the trial, the court ordered Softline in the person of Vice President Vladimir Razuvayev to provide a refutation of published false information and bring public apology to Huseynzade on behalf of the holding for slander.
