According to the HAQQın.az correspondent, at a meeting, chaired by Judge Novruz Kerimov, the defendant attacked about changing the elected to their underpatient measures to prevent home arrest. Lawyer Agazade, Mehman Jebrailov, reported to the court that his support became a donor for his father in a liver transplant operation and needs treatment.
At the same time, the representative of the victim, Zibeid Sadyovova, asked not to satisfy the application for a change in preventive measure. “Every time you show the conclusion of a doctor. All this is just an excuse. While the accused was free, he threatened Sanyai and our family through social networks. If he is released, psychological pressure will increase even more.”
The mother of the victim, Zumuda Yagmur, said in court that they were faced with a moral terror: “We feel in danger. Who can give us a guarantee that kiberataki against us will not continue? I am against liberation from the custody of this person who committed a grievous crime and completely unreaved in this. “
In another petition, the lawyers of the accused asked for a judicial consequence in closed mode. However, Zumurud Yagmur and other representatives of the victim made the court to be opened openly. “I want the process to be open and justice to be restored. This is a crime. It is necessary to hold an open court session for a more transparent, objective business,” said Yagmur.
At the same time, Asker Agazade said that he leaves the right of the process in a closed or open form.
