Court Rejected Emergency Request For Ban On Use Of Military To Suppress Protests In Los Angeles

In the USA, the judge rejected the emergency statement of the mayor of California Gavin Newsom with a demand to prohibit the use of military personnel to suppress protests in Los Angeles.

The senior judge of the District Court in San Francisco Charles Breer announced a decision on the statement of the Newsoma regarding the commissioning of the National Guard and the Marine Corps in Los Angeles by order of President Donald Trump in order to suppress demonstrations in support of illegal migrants.

Breyer said that the Trump administration, the US Department of Defense and the head of the Pit Hegset department requested extra time to represent its arguments, and, having provided them with this opportunity, the court rejected the emergency petition of the Newsoma.

The meeting in the case is scheduled for tomorrow.

Earlier, News accused the Trump administration of being used as federal law enforcement forces, which, in his opinion, is beyond the scope of the authority provided for by US legislation. He demanded in court to immediately stop the use of the military in the state.
