Seven members of the crew of the aircraft “Turkish Airlines” (Türk Hava Yolları /Th) returned from Niger to Turkey. This was reported by the press service of the Flagship of Civil Aviation of Turkey.
They could not leave the country’s territory in connection with the closure of Niger airspace after a military coup that occurred here.
Thy employees were safely removed from the African country on August 3.
The operation to evacuate was carried out during the coordination of the Foreign Ministry of Turkey.
