CSTO was driven from Armenia: where are we going?

The United Headquarters of the Organization of Collective Security Treaty (CSTO) is working on proposals for the possibility of holding a joint exercise with the CSTO peacekeeping forces not in Armenia, but in the territory of other member countries of the organization.

This was stated by the press secretary of the United Staff of the CSTO Vladislav Shchegrikovich.

He indicated that the United Headquarters received information from the Ministry of Defense of Armenia on the inappropriateness of holding in 2023 in the country of exercises with the peacekeeping forces of the CSTO.

“In the United Staff of the CSTO, proposals are currently being developed on the possibility of such a exercise in the territory of other CSTO member states and clarifying the plan for joint training of governing bodies and the formations of the CSTO collective security forces and means of the CSTO collective security system for 2023,” said Shchegrikovich.
