Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba asks the world community to provide Ukraine to Ukraine to stop the military actions of Russia.
“1582 dead civilians in 12 days in Mariupol … unable to defeat the Ukrainian army. Russia bombing unarmed, blocks humanitarian aid. We need aircraft to stop all this,” wrote the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
