The delegation of Iranian parliamentarians met in Kabul with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Taliban government in Afghanistan Amirkhan Muttaki.

According to him, the parties discussed security issues, combat drug smuggling, ensuring border safety and trade in trade.
On the evening of August 26, Foreign Minister Iran Hussein Amir Abdullahiyan held a telephone conversation with Amirkhan Muttaki. According to the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Muttaki invited Abdullahiyan to visit Kabul.
