The next plenary session of Milli Majlis Azerbaijan is held on Monday, December 20.
Parliamentarians will discuss the following bills: Approval of the change in the loan agreement No. AZB-P4, signed on May 29, 2009 on the project “Water supply and sewerage in small towns” between the Government of Azerbaijan and the Agency for International Cooperation of Japan;

– On Amendments to the Laws of Azerbaijan “On Certificate of Personality of a Citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, “On Registration of the Place of Residence and Saying”, “On the State Population Register of Azerbaijan,” On the Consular Charter of Azerbaijan “, approved by the Azerbaijani law number 782 of February 8 1994, “On Citizenship of Azerbaijan”, in the Family Code of Azerbaijan, “On Amendments to Some Laws of Azerbaijan in connection with the deadlines for the application of the identity of a citizen of Azerbaijan, which has not reached 15 years” (third reading);
– On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offers of Azerbaijan (Third Reading);
– about making changes to the laws “On intelligence and counterintelligence activities” (third reading), “On Copyright and Related Rights” (third reading), “On the courts and judges” (third reading), “On passports”, “About public service”, “On the diplomatic service” and to the Tax Code;
– about making a change in the laws “On licenses and permissions”, “On tourism” (second reading), “On the budget system” (second reading), “On public debt” (second reading), as well as in the Code administrative misconducts of Azerbaijan (second reading) and to the Tax Code (second reading);
– about making a change in the laws “On the Customs Tariff” (second reading), “On insurance against unemployment” (second reading), “On Employment” (second reading), “About media” (second reading), “O lotteries “(first reading);
– On the introduction of a change in the Code of Administrative Offers (first reading), to the Civil Code (first reading), in the Criminal Code (first reading) and the Tax Code (first reading);
– On making a change in the laws “On Physical Culture and Sport” (first reading), “On licenses and permits” (first reading), “about horse breeding” (first reading), “On advertising” (first reading), “On government procurement” (first reading), “About telecommunications” (first reading);
– about making changes to the laws “to combat the legalization of funds and property acquired by criminal means and financing terrorism” (first reading), “On information, informatization and information protection” (first reading);
– On the introduction of a change in the Civil Procedure Code (first reading), in the Family Code (first reading) and to the consular charter of Azerbaijan, approved by law number 782 of February 8, 1994 (first reading).
