Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine accused Poland of capturing Ukrainian economy

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Irina Vereshchuk, accused Warsaw of capturing the country’s economy of hostage and billions of losses due to blocking the checkpoint on the border with Poland. The politician wrote about this in his telegram channel.

“For a month now there is a blockade on the Polish border. Billion losses for our economy. Neither the Polish authorities, nor the European Union can do anything? They want?”- Vereshchuk noted.

According to Deputy Prime Minister, the Poles have claims not so much to Ukraine as to the European Union.

“And the Poles are not so much blocking our border with Poland as our border with the EU. But the Poles captured the Ukrainian economy as hostages. At the time when we are very vulnerable and consider every hryvnia to the army and social payments,” follows from the publication .

In her opinion, it is time for the partners of Ukraine to make a “political decision regarding this shameful economic blockade against Ukraine.”

Also, Deputy Prime Minister wondered how Ukraine, USA, EU, NATO, Poland gathered to overcome Russians when they could not cope with trucks at the border.
