Deputy Prime Ministers of Kyrgyz and Malaysia discussed prospects of bilateral relations

Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Edil Baysalov, as part of a working visit to Malaysia, held a meeting with the deputy prime minister of Malaysia Fadillah Yusof.

According to the press service of the Kyrgyz government, during the meeting the parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral relations between Kyrgyzstan and Malaysia.

The parties expressed satisfaction with the current level of relations and agreed to expand the intensity of contacts between the governments of the two countries in the near future.

Edil Baysalov informed the Malaysian colleague about the reforms held in Kyrgyzstan and emphasized the importance of these transformations for the further development of the country.

As part of the meeting, cooperation in the fields of education, cultural exchange, tourism and trade was also discussed.

The parties confirmed their interest in deepening and expanding bilateral cooperation in these areas, which will help strengthen friendly relations between the two countries.
