Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the faction “Opposition Platform – For Life” Nestor Shufrich said that he was convinced by Vladimir Zelensky to initiate negotiations with Russia, one of whose items will be the possible neutral status of Ukraine in exchange for security guarantees.
“I could convince Zelensky to initiate negotiations with his comrades, one of the basic points of which will be the possible neutrality of our country, neutral status in exchange for security guarantees.
