Deputy Vahid Ahmedov asked Ilham Aliyev to release oppositionist of Salh Rustamov

Milli Majlis deputy Vahid Akhmedov appealed to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev with a request to release the activist of Pffa Salh Rustamov, who announced a hunger strike in prison, reports qafqazinfo.

In his contact, the deputy stressed that Saleh Rustamov took part in the first Karabakh war, noting that his hunger strike caused serious concern in society.

“based on the principles of humanism, I ask you to help with the adoption of a fair decision on Salehu Rustamov and the release of it from the conclusion within your authority.”

Note that Saleh Rustamov has been spending a hunger strike for several weeks. The input activist is sentenced to seven years in prison.
