Director of Institute of Strategic Research of Ukraine in an interview with Haqqin.az: “Putin was supposed to become president of Union State”

The map of the total destruction of the critical infrastructure of Ukraine, which was played by Moscow, turned out to be a bat’s decisive actions of Kyiv and its allies in the West. Ukraine quickly restores the power plant damaged by missile strikes and other life support systems of civil infrastructure.

Kyiv did not even have to use the plan “B”, according to which Ukraine could receive electricity from external sources. This was told by Haqqın.az Pavel Lisyansky, director of the Ukrainian Institute of Strategic Research and Security.

According to Lisyansky, the repeated attacks of Russia using Iranian drones on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities are a gesture of despair, because Moscow failed to force Ukraine to negotiate.

According to the Kremlin’s plan, the attacks on the critical infrastructure of Ukraine should have caused a panic among the population that would require Zelensky to stop the offensive in the south and east of the country, as well as sit down at the negotiating table with Putin. In a word, as at the very beginning of the war, the Kremlin hoped to frighten the Ukrainian people and power, but received a completely opposite result. The destruction of civilian objects, strikes in the central regions of Ukrainian cities only rallyed Ukrainians and inspired them to continue to continue the fight against the Russian Federation. Kyiv has once been negotiating with Moscow, which ended with additional aggression on the part of Moscow, so no one believes in negotiations now. This time, according to the Kremlin’s calculations, energy paralysis was supposed to force the Kyiv authorities to go to a truce with the Russian Federation on favorable conditions for Moscow. But in response, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to crowd Russian troops in the Kherson and Lugansk regions. And, most importantly, Ukraine began to receive modern air defense systems from the West.

missile shelling was carried out by Russia in different directions in order to find gaps in Ukrainian air defense. Now, with the help of new Western technologies, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to close all the gaps, thus making the sky over Ukraine with a safe zone. The monstrous bombardment of the central regions of Ukrainian cities removed all the “red lines” in terms of the supply of Western weapons for the Ukrainian army. Now, according to Pavel Lisyansky, both Washington, London, and Berlin are ready to supply any non -nuclear weapon that Kyiv will request.
