In the General Department of Combating Corruption at the General Prosecutor’s Prosecutor of Azerbaijan, the investigation of the criminal case against the director of the Tanzuzverdieva Tanarverdiyeva was completed.
As reported by Haqqin.az in the press service of the General Prosecutor’s Office, during the investigation it was established that the director of the educational institution, injured by official authority, forged official documents.
t. Tryravrdiyev, assigning and setting money in the amount of 69,400 manat, received a bribe of 2,500 manat, promising to work in a person’s lyceum. In general, the amount of damage caused by the State is estimated at 122,500 manat.
T.Tanyrverdiev has been charged under articles 179.3.2, 308.2, 311.1, 313 and 314.2 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. The criminal case is aimed at consideration in the Ganja court for grave crimes.
