During the meeting, the parties discussed the current level of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Qatar, issues of agenda and prospects for the development of cooperation in various fields.
The satisfaction of the current level of bilateral cooperation was expressed, it is emphasized that mutual visits at a high level between countries are important in terms of further development of relations.
In addition, the parties emphasized the effective cooperation between Azerbaijan and Qatar as part of international organizations and platforms, in particular, within the framework of the UN, the organization of Islamic cooperation, non -alignment movement.
The issues of the agenda of the joint interdractor commission were also affected. The parties emphasized the importance of cooperation in the areas of economics, trade, investment, finance, industry, energy, transport, education, tourism, culture and other areas.
The Qatari side was provided about the favorable business environment and the economic potential of Azerbaijan.
The exchange of opinions about active business relations between business circles of the two countries took place.
The head of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry informed about the post -conflict situation in the region, restoration and construction work carried out by the Azerbaijani government in the territories liberated from occupation.
The Qatari side expressed interest in comprehensive cooperation with Azerbaijan.
As part of the meeting, an exchange of views on regional and global issues representing mutual interest was held.
