Drama in Gazaha: Abdullaeva chopped off her alcoholic husband with an ax

In the Ganjin Court of Crime, the trial in the criminal case of 37 -year -old Ainur Abdullaeva, a resident of the Gazakh region accused of the murder of his husband, Elvin Abdullaev, was completed.

According to haqqın.az, the murder occurred on January 3 of this year in the village of Dagkesemen of the Gazakh region. Abdullaeva chopped a sleeping husband with an ax.

In her testimony, the accused said that she had married in 2006 and that she had two children. Abdullaeva noted that her husband was an alcoholic and an extremely jealous person, which led to a deterioration in relations between spouses. Against the backdrop of conflicts, the woman periodically moved to her parents, but could not divorce her husband’s threats.

Abdullaeva said that on the day of the incident, her husband once again showed home in a drunk form, beat the dishes, threatened all the physical reprisals oncoming. After he fell to the floor and the woman chopped it off with an ax. She hid her body, and she said that Elvin was sleeping.

Two days after the incident, it was no longer possible to hide the murder and Abdullaeva told her mother about everything. Later, together with her father, the woman went to the Agstafinsky district department of the police and confessed to the deed.

Ainur Abdullaev was sentenced to 14 years and 6 months in prison.
