In the Baku court on serious crimes, a preparatory meeting was held in the criminal case of 52-year-old Elkhan Novruzbekov, who is accused of participating in illegal military units.
According to Haqqin.az’s own correspondent, the questionnaires of the accused were clarified at the trial. Judicial consideration is scheduled for May 19.
According to SGB, Azerbaijani citizen Elkhan Amullah Novruzbekov left Azerbaijan and went first to Tehran, where he joined illegal armed groups, from where he moved to the territory of other countries illegal ways.
In fact, criminal cases have been instituted under Articles 12.1, 279.1 (participation in illegal armed groups) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
