The trial in the criminal case of Elnur Alipashaev, Zahira Asadullaev and Ismail Mamishev, who were accused of theft of a truck belonging to the Turkish company Kolin ̇nşaat Turizm Sanayi Vətyat Anonim şirketi in Khojavend, ended.
According to haqqın.az, the defendants, having previously conspired, stole the Howo car, which was used in the construction of the road on the Akhmedbei -Fizuli -Shusha highway passing through the territory of the Khojavender district. Having waited for the end of the shift of the truck drivers, they changed license plates on it, hijacked the Baylagansky district to the village of Dashburun, and from there to Sumgait. All three were detained, a criminal case was opened against them.
The accused Elnur Alipashaev said in his testimony that he worked as a driver at Kolin ̇nşaat Turizm Sanayi Və Ticaret Anonim şirketi and was fired in March of this year. With another defendant, Zahir Asadullaev, he met while working in the company. The men developed a criminal plan together. In exchange for a stolen truck, Asadullaev promised to give his car Priora and an additional 10 thousand manat.
The accused Assadullaev said that he worked as a driver at Azerenerzhi LLC and transported sand and other building materials from different areas to Shushu. “Having landed Elnur and my relative Ismail, I went to Shushu for the sand – for work. Returning, I met them in the village of Dashburun, Bayglansky district,” said Asadullaev.
The victim was recognized by the representative office of Kolin ̇nşaat Turizm Sanayi Və Ticaret Anonim şirketi in Azerbaijan. The company representative in court stated that the damage was sufficient: the truck costs 97 thousand manat. Nevertheless, the defendants fully compensated this damage and the company does not have complaints against them.
Elnura Alipashaeva was condemned to 5, Zakhira Asadullaeva – 3, Ismail Mamisheva – for 2 and a half years in prison.
