In Azerbaijan, before January 1, 2023, extend the term of the moratorium on conducting inspections of entities of entrepreneurship, reported in Milli Majlis.
“Amendments to the Law” On the suspension of business inspections “, presented in Parliament, provides for the extension for another year – until January 1, 2023 – the term of the moratorium on conducting inspections of entrepreneurship entities,” said in the legislative body.
Only tax audits can be carried out during this period, checks on facts that threaten the life and health of people, security and economic interests of the state. The list of these checks should determine the corresponding executive authority. These checks are also carried out with regard to the limitations established by the relevant executive authority. The provisions of the law do not apply to inspections held by the General Prosecutor’s Office in connection with the investigation of corruption crimes.
