Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the administration of the Turkish leader said.
It is noted that Erdogan discussed with Putin the situation in Ukraine, announcing the need to provide a chance to negotiations for settlement, and also spoke for exporting agricultural products and fertilizers from Russia.
