Erdogan hosts meeting of Higher Military Council of Turkey

A meeting of the Higher Military Council of Turkey is being held in Ankara.

A meeting, chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, is held in the presidential complex in Ankara in the press closed for the press.

Prior to the meeting, members of the Council visited the Mausoleum of the founder of the Turkish Republic of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk – “Anitkabir”.

The meeting is attended by the Vice President of Turkish Jewdad Yilmaz, Minister of Justice Yilmaz Tunch, Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Shimshki, head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ali Yerlika, Minister of Education of Yusuf Tekin, Minister of National Defense Yashar Guler, head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Musa Avsever, commander of the Navy Erjoument Tatlyoglu, commander of the Air Force Atilla Gulan.
