On Saturday, speaking at the opening of a number of objects in the province of Samsun, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said it was time to transfer the youth relay, Euronews reports.
“In 2023, we will begin the construction of a century of Turkey with the force, which we will receive from the support, which we will ask our people for the last time, and then we will transfer this sacred flag of our youth,” said Erdogan.
In Turkey in 2023, national elections will be held. The last presidential elections were held in 2018.
