The Head of State noted that the protocol applies to employees of state structures and related organizations, employees of state -owned enterprises and subsidiaries, companies whose capital belong to the state, etc.

The Turkish leader noted that under the signed protocol, the basic wages, salary allowances, social benefits, fixed payments and other personal and additional benefits of civil servants were determined. “Thanks to this collective agreement, the amount of the salary of the applicants by 45 percent is increasing. Thus, the minimum salary of Turkish civil servants will be 15 thousand lires.
