Erdogan promises military assistance to Pakistan

Turkey will help Pakistan strengthen military infrastructure. About this in a video message on the occasion of the launch of the Corvett Milgem ADA, built at a joint Turkish-Pakistani enterprise, said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, TRT World Worlds reports.

“Throughout history, this region was the anti -aircraft gun of the world with its ancient culture and wealth. Pakistan and its people occupy a special place for us,” the president quotes.

Erdogan also emphasized the need to provide all the necessary support funds to strengthen the military infrastructure of Pakistan, “whose security, stability and prosperity we consider as important as our own.”

According to the Turkish leader, the supply of ships that can perform all types of military tasks from air defense to the protection of submarines will be carried out with an interval of six months, starting from August 2023.
