Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan said that receiving an application for an entry into NATO for Sweden and Finland does not mean their adoption in the alliance. He said this to reporters upon returning from the NATO summit in Madrid.
“We will monitor the process what they will do, what the way will choose. The parliament will not be approved by the memorandum, without its approval, the decision will not enter into force,” TASS quoted him.
