Erdogan: Turkey introduces state of emergency, number of dead is growing

The earthquake in Turkey has become one of the largest glossal disasters, said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The Turkish leader noted that more than 13 million citizens were affected by earthquakes in Turkey. He noted that some of the Turkish airports serves only humanitarian flights and aircraft with the help of victims.

The number of those who died as a result of an earthquake in Turkey exceeded 3.5 thousand people and continues to grow, Erdogan said.

The Turkish President declared an earthquake area of ​​the emergency zone and introduced a state of emergency in it. Erdogan announced the introduction of an emergency regime for three months in ten regions injured as a result of an earthquake.
